Lead Healthcare Professional

We seek an accomplished Chief Pharmacist to spearhead our pharmacy department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring seamless delivery of pharmaceutical services.
  • Guide a team of pharmacists and technicians in achieving excellence and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high quality standards and patient safety.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely and accurate dispensing of medications.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent experience as a Pharm-D holder. A minimum of 8 years of experience is required, with a strong background in hospital management software and exceptional communication skills.

Key Requirements:

  • M.Sc in Pharmacy or Pharm-D degree.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital management software.
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills.
