Data Scientist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of the data analytics group, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing predictive models that drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Predictive Modeling: Design and implement models on large datasets using tree-based methods and deep learning techniques to identify trends and patterns.
  • Data Integration: Build and maintain robust pipelines in Python to integrate data from various sources and ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Advanced ML/AI Approaches: Apply techniques to generate, clean, and validate proprietary datasets to support data-driven decisions.
  • Model Evaluation and Refining: Conduct backtesting, validation, and performance evaluation of data-driven models and continuously refine them to improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on Experience: 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Quantitative Research with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Python Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) with experience working with large datasets.
  • Statistical Understanding: Solid understanding of statistical modeling, regression, and time-series analysis with the ability to apply these concepts to real-world problems.
  • Model Deployment: Experience designing and deploying predictive and deep learning models with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
