Senior Consulting Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Consulting Manager to assume key responsibilities in Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience and hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Team for client onboarding
  • Deliverables as per scope of work which may include-
  • Preparation of financial statements
  • Setup accounting/ERP systems in collaboration with the functional implementation team
  • Processing of payroll in USA, CA, EU
  • Collaborate with clients to provide delivery as per the agreed-upon scope
  • Manage and utilize team members effectively for smooth operations and task completion
  • Train Team Members taking into consideration new systems and software in the market
Client Relations And Communication:
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
  • Demonstrate excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills with clarity and concision
  • Exhibit open-mindedness, confidence, empathy, and respect in all client interactions
Team Leadership And Collaboration:
  • Act as a team leader, planner, and organizer, fostering teamwork and collaboration
  • Drive initiatives and changes with a strategic management approach
  • Promote a strong work ethic, independence, and self-motivation within the team
