UI Design Specialist

We're on the hunt for a UI/UX Designer who can bring digital products to life from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience crafting seamless user experiences for web and mobile apps, with a sharp eye and curious mind.

  • A strong portfolio that showcases creativity, user-experience and visual design
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent communication skills to explain design thinking to clients, designers and developers
  • Attention to detail without getting lost in minor issues
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement

You'll be responsible for:

  • Capturing complex user needs into simple, beautiful interfaces
  • Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs
  • Collaborating with engineers to ensure design fidelity in implementation
  • Conducting usability testing and user research
  • Maintaining design systems and component libraries
  • Striking a balance between user needs and business goals

Your toolkit should include:

  • Figma as your primary design tool
  • A good grasp of UX principles, heuristics, flows, and visual design theory
  • Adobe CC (we're flexible)
  • Understanding of responsive and adaptive design
  • Bonus: Motion design and illustration skills
