Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent financial management skills, with experience in managing day-to-day financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, and preparing profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and maintain accurate day-to-day financial transactions.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manage profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Maintain company ledgers.
  • Process invoices by recording and approving or denying payments.
  • Complete tax forms.
  • Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements.
  • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile entries into the accounting system.
  • Record debits and credits.
  • Account reconciliation to assess the accuracy of transactions.
  • Monitor variances from projected budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) certification.
  • Minimum two years' experience in an accounting/finance role.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
