Product Analyst Position

This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who's excited about user experience and delivering value to global customers.

The Product Analyst will support cross-functional teams to design and improve money transfer products and services. They will collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance the user experience across digital channels.

  • Monitor payment processes and ensure seamless checkout experiences.
  • Analyse user interactions and customer data to identify usability issues or performance bottlenecks.
  • Participate in sprint planning and task coordination with technical teams.
  • Assist with onboarding new payment or payout partners by gathering requirements and tracking integration progress.
  • Conduct competitive research and contribute to identifying new product opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback and participate in usability testing sessions to improve product features.
