Paid Acquisition Specialist Role Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Paid Ad Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is focused on the maintenance, budget oversight, optimization, and reporting of active ad campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, as well as a strong understanding of HubSpot and centralized reporting tools. They will work closely with our marketing team to align platform insights with lead performance, conversions, and pipeline movement.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor, maintain, and optimize active ad campaigns across multiple platforms
- Oversee daily budget pacing and ensure campaign delivery aligns with performance goals
- Adjust audiences, placements, bids, or budgets to reduce waste and maximize efficiency
- Flag underperforming assets, conversion drops, or tracking issues quickly and clearly
- Coordinate UTM tracking and ensure proper lead attribution through HubSpot
- Support A/B testing of creative, copy, and targeting segments (implementation + tracking)
- Deliver weekly summary reports including top-line metrics, visual performance dashboards, insights, and actionable recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on platform policy updates, technical shifts, and algorithmic changes
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Familiarity with HubSpot (particularly Marketing Hub, ad tracking, and campaign attribution)
- Analytical thinker with the ability to identify trends and surface insights quickly
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced, remote freelance setting
- Experience working with education, beauty, or Gen Z–focused brands
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, TikTok pixel tracking, or GA4 setup
- Ability to interface with creative teams to request optimized content based on performance data
