
Director of Administrative Operations

To effectively manage and oversee all administrative operations, ensuring seamless daily activities, employee safety, regulatory compliance, and a secure working environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Administrative Leadership:
- Supervise day-to-day administrative operations, including facilities management, office services, transportation, housekeeping, and vendor management.
- Maintain office infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.
- Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenditures.
- Coordinate with departments for resource planning and procurement of office supplies and services.
- Lead logistics and support for internal and external meetings, conferences, and official events.
- Maintain records and documents in accordance with policies and legal requirements.
- Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors.
- Develop and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee security operations across all premises.
- Manage security personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability checks.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and investigate security breaches.
- Evaluate coordination with law enforcement, fire safety, and emergency response teams.
- Ensure proper surveillance system functioning, access control systems, and comprehensive coverage of security devices.
- Maintain adherence to health, safety, environmental, and legal standards.
- Prepare periodic reports on administrative and security metrics for senior leaders.
- Organize drills and training sessions on fire safety, first aid, and emergency response.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in administration and security management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Background in law enforcement, armed forces, or private security is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Crisis management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, security software, and facility management tools.
