Job Description:

To effectively manage and oversee all administrative operations, ensuring seamless daily activities, employee safety, regulatory compliance, and a secure working environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Leadership:
  • Supervise day-to-day administrative operations, including facilities management, office services, transportation, housekeeping, and vendor management.
  • Maintain office infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.
  • Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenditures.
  • Coordinate with departments for resource planning and procurement of office supplies and services.
  • Lead logistics and support for internal and external meetings, conferences, and official events.
  • Maintain records and documents in accordance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors.
Security Oversight:
  • Develop and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee security operations across all premises.
  • Manage security personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability checks.
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and investigate security breaches.
  • Evaluate coordination with law enforcement, fire safety, and emergency response teams.
  • Ensure proper surveillance system functioning, access control systems, and comprehensive coverage of security devices.
Regulatory Compliance:
  • Maintain adherence to health, safety, environmental, and legal standards.
  • Prepare periodic reports on administrative and security metrics for senior leaders.
  • Organize drills and training sessions on fire safety, first aid, and emergency response.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in administration and security management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Background in law enforcement, armed forces, or private security is advantageous.
