Job Title: Technical Operations Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Develop and manage an efficient ticket-handling system to meet SLAs and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Provision, configure, and maintain user accounts for various organizational tools.
  • Conduct regular audits of user accounts, permissions, and licenses to maintain security and compliance.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of hosting environments and DNS management, strong understanding of website optimization tools and techniques, proficiency in scripting languages for automation, experience with ticketing systems, and knowledge of IT security protocols.
