Director of Creative Experience

About the Role:
The Head of Product Design plays a pivotal role in crafting compelling creative experiences that strike a balance between consumer goals and business needs. This involves strategically aligning the product roadmap with market demands to create refined solutions within technical constraints.
Priorities and Deliverables:
- Lead end-to-end design across multiple features and projects, encompassing interaction, visual, and other aspects.
- Cultivate a high-performing design team to tackle cross-product challenges and foster excellence through processes like critiques and design sprints.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leads to align on strategy, improve processes, and ensure successful execution.
- Leverage data, user feedback, and analytics to validate designs and inform decisions, ultimately serving as the voice of the user throughout the design and development process.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of overall product design experience, both as an IC Product designer and a leader of design teams.
- Preference given to candidates with experience designing enterprise applications at scale, as well as those who have led design efforts for a suite of products or worked on features spanning multiple product lines.
- Mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, along with proficiency in creating interactive prototypes.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD) principles, including planning and conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, and accessibility concerns.
Work Environment:
This role operates in an onsite setting, Monday to Friday from 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm, offering opportunities for growth and collaboration within a diverse team environment.
