Professional Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Closer to join our team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with warm leads generated through targeted advertising campaigns and cold calling efforts. Your primary objective will be to communicate effectively with potential clients, understand their needs, present solutions, and successfully close deals over the phone.

  • Handle incoming leads from paid advertisements and outbound campaigns
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and qualify leads
  • Present service offerings clearly and persuasively over the phone
  • Address client concerns and provide tailored solutions to build trust
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms as necessary
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to ensure a smooth sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure seamless onboarding of closed clients
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a sales professional or in a similar client-facing role
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence in handling discovery, pitch, objection-handling, and closing calls
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and drive urgency in the sales process
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Organized with the ability to manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records
  • Must be comfortable working non-traditional hours
  • Location: On-site (mandatory)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT
  • Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
  • Commission-based compensation structure
