Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service and Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and managing client relationships.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations
  • Schedule appointments and manage client bookings.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on services.
  • Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative assistance to the management team.
  • Support data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, hospitality).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Age between 27 and 35 years old.
