E-Commerce Operations Specialist

This role involves supporting the success of our business by managing various tasks related to product listings, customer orders, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and update product listings on different e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate information is available to customers.
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing to enhance visibility and sales performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently, providing prompt responses and solutions.
- C coordinate with suppliers and fulfillment centers to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
- Demonstrated experience as an e-commerce virtual assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and eBay, is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration and customer interaction.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities are crucial for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
