Job Title: Online E-commerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Online E-commerce Specialist to enhance our online presence and drive sales growth. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing tailored e-commerce strategies, optimizing our online store performance, and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • E-commerce Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
  • Online Store Optimization: Enhance online store performance through search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and other digital marketing techniques.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and website traffic to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize e-commerce operations.
  • Brand Visibility: Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand visibility and online presence through social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • E-commerce Platform Management: Manage product listings, inventory, and customer service for the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Metric Tracking: Monitor and report on key e-commerce metrics, including sales, website traffic, and conversion rates, to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • E-commerce Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the accounting sector.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Digital Marketing: Excellent understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns, with the ability to create and execute effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
