HVAC Supervisor Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC supervisor to lead our climate control systems team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVACR with at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Oversight: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems ensuring they function efficiently and effectively.
  • Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure system efficiency.
  • Energy Efficiency Strategies: Develop and implement energy-saving strategies to reduce costs and environmental impact.
  • Performance Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of system performance and troubleshoot any problems.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: DAE in HVACR or equivalent qualification.
  • Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Traits: Able to work independently and as part of a team.
