To design, develop, and optimize control systems and circuit software for cutting-edge manufacturing technologies. This role involves utilizing advanced programming languages, simulation tools, and PLC programming to enhance operational efficiency and innovation in the manufacturing industry.

  • Software Development
  • Design, implement, and test control software usingC, C++, C#, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, VC++, and Java.
  • Develop and maintain software algorithms for manufacturing automation systems.
  • PLC Programming
  • Program and troubleshoot PLC systems to ensure seamless integration with manufacturing equipment.
  • Optimize PLC code to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • System Design & Integration
  • Develop and integrate circuit and control systems for advanced manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.
  • Simulation & Testing
  • Perform simulations usingMATLAB/Simulinkto validate system designs.
  • Conduct rigorous testing to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation for software and systems developed.
  • Present progress and findings to stakeholders effectively.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education & Experience
  • ABachelor's degree(4 years) inElectrical Engineering, Software Engineering,or a related field is preferable but not compulsory. Candidates with a less than 4-year college diploma are also encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum of6 years of professional work experiencein circuit and control system development.
  • Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in programming languages:C, C++, C#, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, VC++, and Java.
  • Strong experience inPLC programming and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing industry standards and tools.
  • Additional Attributes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Japanese Language Requirement:

Candidates with JLPT N5, N4, or upper level of JLPT (Japanese-language Proficiency Test) will be prioritized and directly shortlisted, while non-Japanese speakers are also encouraged to apply if they are willing to learn. A comprehensive platform will be provided to support candidates in acquiring Japanese language skills.
