Sr. Executive IT Data Management and Analytics Lead

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Executive IT Data Management and Analytics Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing MicroStrategy reporting access layer and schema modeling, as well as building self-service Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to support complex business data analysis.

Your primary focus will be on creating customized MicroStrategy reports and dashboards to meet the needs of various commercial projects. You will work closely with commercial teams to understand their business questions and challenges, delivering insights and data accurately while defining solid parameters and business rules.

You will also design and develop MicroStrategy visual analytics and mobile dashboards to facilitate business analytics initiatives, extending dashboards and visual analytics to carry out commercial trend analysis.

Additionally, you will be responsible for MicroStrategy Administration and Narrowcast development, including admin tasks such as user creation, access management, application tuning, log deciphering, and report/dashboard automation.

You will work with Teradata SQL to design ad-hoc business reports and perform data reconciliations/verification for topics such as pricing evaluation, product assessment, customer profiling, revenue/subscriber trends.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (preferred)
  2. 2-3 years of experience in MicroStrategy administration and BI development
  3. Strong understanding of Teradata SQL and its applications
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Results-oriented and driven to deliver high-quality results
  7. Experience with MicroStrategy Administration and Narrowcast development
