Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the website, tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the site, developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, and utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, and PPC.
  2. Social Media Management: Overseeing social media strategy, managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  3. Website Redesign and Improvement: Managing the redesign of the website, improving usability, design, content, and conversion.
  4. Planning and Budgetary Control: Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing initiatives.
  5. Research and Development: Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data, reviewing new technologies and keeping up with industry developments.

Requirements include experience managing PPC, SEO, and affiliate programmes, a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices, experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, and previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
