Hydroponics Specialist Leader

We are looking for an experienced Hydroponics Specialist Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydroponics, agriculture, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement hydroponic systems for both flowers and vegetables.
  • Lead a team of greenhouse staff to maintain optimal growing conditions.
  • Monitor plant health and address any pest or disease issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the agricultural team to implement innovative farming techniques.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure proper use of equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
  • Proven experience of minimum 5 years in Agriculture and managing a greenhouse, with specific expertise in hydroponic systems.
  • Strong knowledge of plant biology, nutrient management, and environmental control systems.
  • Ability to analyze data to optimize growing conditions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
