Job Title: Senior Leadership Position

Organizational Development Role

The Senior Leadership Position is a key member of the organizational development team responsible for re-designing job descriptions and KPIs for departments in collaboration with Department Heads and Line Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Re-structuring: Develop and implement comprehensive job descriptions and performance metrics to drive business success.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for management and employees to address organizational needs, enhance skills, and improve performance.
  • Performance Management: Maintain accurate records of employee accomplishments and performance, assessing the effectiveness of training initiatives and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Employee Relations: Foster open communication among employees and management, addressing grievances and concerns in a timely manner, and providing strategic guidance on employee relations efforts.
  • Organizational Chart Management: Create and update organizational charts for all departments, ensuring alignment with financial models and management approval.

Essential Skills:

Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Photoshop.
