About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader with expertise in Generative AI, AI/ML, and enterprise architecture.

The ideal candidate has experience deploying solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

  • Design and implement end-to-end AI-powered enterprise solutions integrating AI/ML with traditional systems
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of engineers (AI/ML, full-stack, DevOps) in an Agile environment
  • Drive strategic technical decisions across infrastructure, data platforms, APIs, microservices, and AI components
Technical RequirementsGenAI Leadership
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and deployment
  • Expertise in Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and RAG implementations
  • Proficiency with vector databases, LangChain, and modern GenAI toolchains
  • Experience with advanced prompt engineering and Chain-of-Thought methodologies
  • Implemented GenAI applications in production environments
Ai/Ml Foundation
  • Hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
  • Ability to manage the ML lifecycle: development, deployment, and monitoring
  • Experience integrating AI/ML models with enterprise architecture
Enterprise Architecture & Deployment
  • Full-stack development skills using MERN or equivalent stacks
  • Experience with on-premises, cloud, and hybrid deployments
  • Kubernetes for container orchestration and scalable deployments
  • Databases: SQL and NoSQL knowledge
  • API development skills: REST, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
  • DevOps experience: Docker, CI/CD, infrastructure automation
Cloud & Infrastructure
  • Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with ML service exposure
  • AWS technologies: SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway
  • Hybrid architecture planning and implementation combining cloud and AI/ML systems
Deliverables
  • Delivered complex enterprise solutions involving AI/ML components
  • Leadership experience in managing cross-functional technical teams
Requirements
  • Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP (e.g., Solutions Architect, ML Specialty)
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business needs
  • Agile/Scrum leadership experience with performance improvements
