Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Project Manager to lead high-impact projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage software development process, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Create detailed product feature tickets for the development team to facilitate effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Establish project timelines, coordinating with teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop end-user guides and documentation that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Assess development team strengths and weaknesses, focusing on skill development to enhance their capabilities and improve project outcomes.
  • Support hiring and interview processes for product and engineering teams to identify top talent and ensure a strong pipeline of candidates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Sciences, or Software Engineering to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager to provide hands-on experience and leadership skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles and practices, including Agile methodologies and Jira development planning tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluent English language skills to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
