Job Summary

A senior mobile technical lead will design, develop, and deliver innovative mobile applications. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into software solutions.
  • Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using various technologies such as Android, iOS, Flutter, and React Native.
  • Lead the development team in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Ensure that all code meets industry standards and best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on coding standards and architecture.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.
  • Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science from a reputable university.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in mobile development, preferably in Android, iOS, Flutter, and React Native.
  • Familiarity with native build tools like XCode, Gradle.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, document request model, and offline storage.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience making important technical decisions.
  • Ability to work in diverse/multiple stakeholder environments.
  • Proven experience in software engineering and architecture design.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and software vendors.
  • Capable of analyzing potential short and long-term risks that may cause technical issues.
  • Solid working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
