We are seeking a talented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
- About the Role
- This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead identification, outbound prospecting, lead qualification, strategy development, tools and CRM utilization, data analysis, and market awareness in the gaming and metaverse industries.
- The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of industry trends, market developments, and competitors to continuously improve outreach and targeting strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Identification: Research and identify potential clients in target industries such as gaming, metaverse, AR/VR, art and design, 3D services, and enterprise tech.
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to build and grow a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Lead Qualification: Communicate effectively to understand client needs, interests, and budgets, ensuring alignment with our services and solutions.
- Strategy Development: Manage and coordinate sales outreach and marketing efforts to build effective lead generation strategies focused on attracting, engaging, and converting quality leads.
- Tools & CRM: Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar platforms to find prospects, and keep the CRM system updated to track activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and outreach results to refine lead generation strategies and increase conversion effectiveness.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to continuously improve outreach and targeting strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B tech or creative services environment.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Bonus if you have knowledge or interest in gaming, metaverse, or XR industries.
