As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to clients using our Club Software products and other offerings. This will involve troubleshooting software-related issues, providing product knowledge and guidance, and collaborating with different departments to ensure efficient and comprehensive support.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support & Client Assistance: Assist clients with inquiries and technical issues via various channels. Troubleshoot software-related issues and provide solutions.
  2. Product Knowledge Transfer: Provide product knowledge to clients, suggest upgrades, and ensure they understand how to use our software effectively.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to resolve client issues. Interface with other departments to support overall club operations.
  4. Issue Tracking & Documentation: Document, track, and monitor client issues within the ticketing system to ensure timely resolutions.
  5. Member Support Services: Assist with member-related inquiries, upgrades, bookings, and other needs, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  6. Event Support & Membership Access: Gain hands-on experience in supporting club events and managing member access to exclusive offerings.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Participate in identifying areas for improvement based on member feedback.
