The Role:
This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, identifying suitable subject matter experts, and managing project timelines. You will also be responsible for maintaining records of each expert/participant and ensuring timely updates on the platform and internal trackers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their project requirements.
  • You will identify and recruit suitable participants for online surveys, focus groups, consultations, and market research projects.
  • You will engage with subject matter experts to determine their suitability for our clients.
  • You will manage project timelines and schedules.
  • You will maintain records of each expert/participant and ensure timely updates on the platform and internal trackers.
  • You will address experts' concerns and guide them through project steps from onboarding to completion.
  • You will ensure compliance requirements are met throughout the workflow.
Requirements:
  • Basic Qualification: A bachelor's degree in management sciences or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Up to 02 years maximum.

  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and pressure situations.
