We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Senior Officer Marketing and Sales.

Job Description
  • This role involves identifying new business leads through client visits, participation in exhibitions and events, cold calling, and other strategies.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and conducting client visits to the factory.
  • A strong understanding of modern database management tools such as Business Intelligence (BI) is essential for optimizing their use to the benefit of the Marketing and Sales department.
  • The position requires performing secondary research to gather and analyze data for identifying potential business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, pre bid and post bid comments, bid bonds, performance bond guarantees, and perform all operational tasks related to tender submission.
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding current and upcoming projects, resolve issues, and address any concerns.
  • Prepare and submit claims as needed; resolve disputes and litigations effectively.
  • Oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Manage order processing through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Maintain complete documentation of the marketing and sales department, including updated client profiles, ongoing, completed, and rejected projects.
  • Follow up with debtors to ensure timely receipt of outstanding payments.
  • Implement API/QHSE procedures and ensure product/process quality.
