- Participate in outbound marketing initiatives, including phone calls and emails, to identify leads.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or software sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
