Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead our cloud-based project initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, aligning with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and dependencies, mitigating potential issues and driving successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with software developers to ensure code quality, architecture, and deployment strategies meet business requirements.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to foster teamwork and innovation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS and their related tools and services.
  • Excellent client management skills, with experience in handling escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

  • PMP/CSM/PSM or AWS certifications will be given preference.
  • Familiarity with AI trends and the ability to adopt GenAI practices.
