Affiliate Manager for Pakistan Role

Transform the gaming industry as an Affiliate Manager. You'll shape global presence and redefine player experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead affiliate network, set performance expectations, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Train team members, educate affiliates, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Develop training programs to enhance knowledge of products, policies, and procedures.
  • Find and develop new affiliates, expanding the network of promoters.
  • Provide support to VIP partners and monitor their performance.
  • Build good relationships with all partners and support them through vertical integration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset, ability to interpret data and make decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and marketing tools.
  • Understanding of iGaming products, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
