Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and markets. Utilize various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research, to generate leads.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition of products or services.
  4. Quota Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets as outlined by sales management. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales revenue.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Provide feedback on product/service improvements based on market insights.
  6. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams. Communicate customer feedback and market insights to relevant teams.
  7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. A minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  2. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Results-oriented and motivated to achieve goals.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Working Conditions

Sales Executives may need to work flexible hours, attend client meetings, and travel as required. The role may involve a combination of office and fieldwork.
