We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to ensure the shipped products conform to our quality requirements and are executed in a timely manner.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control principles and be able to communicate effectively with internal functions, vendors, and stakeholders.

This role involves ensuring all factory-assigned QC personnel are well-trained and qualified to conduct inspections of our products, providing quality guidelines, technical advice, and monitoring productions closely to provide technical support when needed.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for problem-solving, conducting statistical audits, filling out inspection reports at every production stage, and obtaining accurate information from merchandisers.

In addition, they will ensure that all vendors follow our Team of Engagement, Vendor Code of Conduct, and other rules and regulations, and communicate proactively, effectively, and as often as necessary with all personnel in the QA and Merchandising Team.

Requirements:
  • Self-motivated and well-disciplined to follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Able to work independently and act proactively.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal functions, vendors' laundry teams.
  • Confident with a 'can-do' attitude.
