Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering timely and actionable feedback sessions to enhance the performance and adherence to quality standards of our Sales Development Representatives.
- Providing Constructive Feedback: Deliver feedback that is specific, measurable, and aligned with organizational goals. Ensure feedback is provided in a timely manner and is actionable.
- Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all feedback provided. Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure that feedback points are implemented and tracked, promoting continuous improvement.
- Documentation and Analysis: Ensure thorough documentation of all training and coaching sessions conducted, including the development of a comparison matrix to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives before and after implementation.
- Calendar Management: Keep the training and coaching calendars up-to-date, ensuring seamless coordination with relevant stakeholders and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
- Training Support: Assist the Training and Development (T&D) team in delivering targeted training sessions, providing subject matter expertise as needed to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality coaching and training materials that align with organizational objectives and support the growth and development of Sales Development Representatives.
- Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy of quality metrics and double-check improvement points in marked Sales Development Representatives, ensuring that feedback is implemented and performance standards are met.
