Job Description

Our team operates in multiple countries, including the United Kingdom, Egypt, UAE, Sudan, and Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Counseling and Advising Services: Provide accurate and professional counselling and advising services to help students choose the best suitable study program and university that meets their academic and financial capabilities.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit prospective students, achieve individual and team sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service by addressing student inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Event Management and Promotion: Assist the marketing team in preparing and organizing meetings and presentations at international schools, promote study abroad opportunities, and organize educational fairs and other promotional events.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and application databases, prepare regular reports, register customers, and collect administrative fees where required.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in student counselling, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the education market and study abroad processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Sales-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Additional Skills:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of visa application procedures is a plus.
