Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our customers.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and recruit top talent in sales and business development to support our growth initiatives.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and responses to RFI/RFP documents that showcase our value proposition and differentiate us from competitors.
- Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
- Performance Metrics: Track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our sales strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights that inform sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong foundation in sales principles and practices.
