What You Will Be Doing
  1. Developing the product vision and roadmap, ensuring strategic alignment.
  2. Exploring customer pain points, identifying opportunities, and introducing ideas that enhance growth and satisfaction.
  3. Advocating for the product across teams, fostering collaboration and enthusiasm.
  4. Transforming strategy into engaging user stories, specifications, and prototypes that drive innovation.
  5. Prioritizing efforts toward high-impact initiatives, keeping a sharp focus on priorities.
  6. Collaborating closely with tech, marketing, and sales teams, creating solutions with speed and efficiency.
  7. Monitoring, refining, and optimizing strategies to enhance user engagement and retention.
  8. Conducting A/B tests, analyzing results, and continuously refining experiences.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital or app environments.
  • Good understanding of UX principles and interface design.
  • Experience working across the full product lifecycle.
  • Exposure to growth strategies, SEO, and content-led products.
  • Basic technical understanding—able to communicate effectively with devs.
  • Clear, concise communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and data-savvy.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
