Strategic Leader of Data and AI Innovation

As a visionary technology leader, you will play a crucial role in driving our strategic technology agenda, leading the development of future-ready platforms, and ensuring we remain at the forefront of AI innovation.

This position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide technology decisions, foster a culture of data-driven thinking, and shape how advanced AI and data capabilities are embedded into both internal operations and client-facing solutions.

  • This includes defining and evolving our solutions roadmap aligned with business goals, staying ahead of emerging technologies, industry trends (GenAI, and others), and competitive landscape.
  • You will also champion innovation to drive growth, efficiency, and differentiation with our solutions.

In this role, you will work directly with the CEO and collaborate across business units to align technology investments with organizational objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Solutions Strategy & Vision:
  • Defining and evolving our solutions roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Staying ahead of emerging technologies, industry trends (GenAI, and others), and competitive landscape.
  • Championing innovation to drive growth, efficiency, and differentiation with our solutions.
Solutions Oversight:
  • Leading design and evolution of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
  • Overseeing selection and integration of platforms, tools, and infrastructure for our solutions.
  • Ensuring alignment with modern engineering practices and architectural standards.
Product & Engineering Leadership:
  • Collaborating with internal product, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Guiding product and engineering teams on the software development lifecycle, quality assurance, and DevOps practices.

We are looking for a seasoned technology leader with 15+ years of progressive experience in Data, AI/ML, and technology leadership roles. You should have demonstrated success in developing and executing data and AI strategies that drive business value.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in modern data architectures, AI/ML tools, and cloud-native development. They should also have a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure), along with DevOps, MLOps, and automation practices.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or Engineering Management is preferred.

The successful candidate will be able to lead high-performing technical teams, with a focus on mentoring and talent development. They should also have exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing C-suite and senior decision-makers.

This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to translate technical vision into business outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences.
