Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to fill the role of Senior Admissions Coordinator. This position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless operations within the admissions department, fostering strong relationships with academic departments, and driving enrollment growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Program-Specific Coordination: Collaborate closely with academic departments to guarantee accurate program-specific criteria and seat allocations, ensuring a smooth experience for prospective students.
- Enrollment Growth Strategies: Monitor application trends, analyze data, and implement targeted strategies to enhance enrollment conversion rates, ultimately contributing to the university's growth objectives.
- Inquiry Response Management: Effectively manage the inquiry response system across multiple channels (in-person, phone, email, social media) to provide timely and accurate information to prospective students, showcasing exceptional customer service skills.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant data, trends, and outcomes, supporting informed decision-making within the admissions team.
- Outreach Initiatives: Support outreach efforts such as school visits, educational expos, open house events, and digital campaigns to promote university programs and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Promotion: Work collaboratively with marketing and academic teams to develop strategic promotional plans, highlighting the university's strengths and unique selling points.
- Policies and Procedures: Ensure strict adherence to admissions policies, merit criteria, and quotas as per institutional regulations, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Process Enhancement: Assist in regular process audits to identify areas for improvement, enhancing admission workflows and overall applicant satisfaction.
