Job Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and requests, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalate customer feedback as required.
  • Identify opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have at least 6 months of call center experience.
  • A good understanding of English language and communication skills.
  • Own computer, Microsoft office suite, telephone, and reliable internet service.
  • Excellent computer and typing skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented.
  • Be teachable.
