Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and professional customer service representative with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met, and collaborate with colleagues to identify recurring customer concerns and suggest improvements to the service process.

We are seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about helping others, and has a strong problem-solving ability and customer-focused mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Pay: Rs45,000 - Rs50,000 per month
