Skills and Qualifications

  • A graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IM enterprise technologies, including MDM, ETL, BI, DBMS, Data Modeling, etc.
  • Competence in at least one business domain and knowledge of various domains such as distribution, sales, SFA, CRM, finance, manufacturing, etc.
  • Able to inspire and motivate team members, developing them through training, mentoring, and growth opportunities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to create innovative solutions.
  • A track record of achieving outstanding results in business, technology, or other areas of interest.
