
Customer Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a Customer Service Lead to oversee our customer service operations.
Job Description:
- Foster a customer-focused culture and provide on-the-job coaching to team members in matters related to process efficiency.
- Manage the employee development process, including setting target agreements, performance reviews, and career development plans.
- Recruit and develop staff with potential to ensure effective talent management.
- Analyze root causes, propose corrective measures, and ensure timely closure of non-product quality complaints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduation, preferably in business and/or supply chain.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, supply chain, sales, and team management.
- Experience in managing a team of about 8 customer service officers for at least a year preferred.
- Knowledge in SAP and OTC/business processes preferred.
