We are seeking a Customer Service Lead to oversee our customer service operations.

Job Description:

  1. Foster a customer-focused culture and provide on-the-job coaching to team members in matters related to process efficiency.
  2. Manage the employee development process, including setting target agreements, performance reviews, and career development plans.
  3. Recruit and develop staff with potential to ensure effective talent management.
  4. Analyze root causes, propose corrective measures, and ensure timely closure of non-product quality complaints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Graduation, preferably in business and/or supply chain.
  2. 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, supply chain, sales, and team management.
  3. Experience in managing a team of about 8 customer service officers for at least a year preferred.
  4. Knowledge in SAP and OTC/business processes preferred.
