Job Description

An Assistant Manager Accounts/Accounts Officer will be responsible for performing tasks such as reconciling finance accounts, maintaining spreadsheets, credit control, preparing statutory accounts, cash allocation, sales order processing, managing daily post in and out, handling and writing cheques, receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment, verifying calculations working with the Accounts system, reconciliation of Direct Debit mandates, and managing petty cash transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a minimum B.Com/M.Con/ACCA (Part qualified) with at least 2-3 years of experience in the Accounts/Finance department. They should possess skills such as managing multiple accounts, numeric calculations, being professional and thorough, taking initiative, excellent communication, handling stress, being a team player, trustworthy and reliable, prioritising, and computer application.
