  7. Investigate incidents thoroughly to determine root causes and propose corrective actions.
  8. Coordinate emergency drills and continuous improvement initiatives.
  9. Verify adherence to organizational policies and external regulations.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Hold globally recognized certifications in the field.

Core Competencies:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing EHS projects and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
  • Deep understanding of national and international safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and sustain a robust EH&S management system.
  • Expertise in conducting risk assessments, audits, and compliance evaluations.
  • Capacity to analyze data, identify patterns, and propose corrective actions.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, essential for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
