We are seeking an accomplished Environmental, Health, and Safety leader to join our team.

This role will be responsible for leading our EHS initiatives and driving a culture of safety awareness throughout the organization.

  • Develop and Implement Policies: Create and implement effective EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize risks.
  • Certification and Training: Maintain certifications for management systems and conduct regular training sessions to enhance employees' knowledge and skills.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure site performance and inform decision-making.
  • Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment: Conduct regular hazard identification and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Audit and Analysis: Conduct thorough audits and analyses to investigate accidents, near-misses, and occupational injuries.
  • Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure prompt and effective response to emergencies.
Key Requirements
  • Education: BS in Chemical, Mechanical, Environment, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in EHS Production & Projects.
  • Certifications: Internationally recognized certifications in EHS.

Desirable Skills:

  • EHS Leadership: Proven experience in leading EHS initiatives and driving cultural change.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Strong knowledge of national and international EHS regulations.
  • Risk Assessment and Hazard Analysis: Proficiency in conducting HAZOP, JSA, FMEA, and safety audits.
  • Incident Investigation: Skilled in conducting thorough investigations using tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, or Taproot.
  • Training and Safety Culture: Ability to develop and implement training programs and promote a safety culture within the organization.
