Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and payroll management.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Bank Reconciliation
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and statements
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST filings and compliance with IRAS requirements
  • Manage and process monthly payroll, including CPF contributions
  • Prepare and maintain accounting schedules and reconciliations
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities as needed
  • Monitor and maintain accounting controls and procedures

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience handling full set of accounts, GST, and payroll
  • Proficient in accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore GST regulations and payroll practices
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Meticulous, responsible, and highly organised
