Job Title: ERP Optimization Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ERP professional to optimize and enhance our organization's performance by implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable ERP plans.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain ERP modules to align with operational processes.
  • Perform thorough testing of ERP functionality to ensure seamless integration.
  • Analyze complex problems and devise effective solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, working closely with technical teams as needed.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training programs to ensure proper utilization of the ERP system.
  • Partner with external vendors and consultants to implement and optimize ERP solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems and functionality.
  • Leverage expertise to mentor junior team members and drive knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and management.
  • Strong proficiency in Odoo and Oracle ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and their integration with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Prior experience in training end-users on ERP functionality.
  • Relevant certifications in ERP systems would be a plus.
