ERP & Shopify Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage our Shopify store, integrate and maintain Odoo ERP, and oversee overall e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling Shopify product management, order processing, inventory control, and ERP system management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shopify Management
  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Monitor orders, returns, shipping, and customer queries through the platform.
  • Implement promotional campaigns, discount codes, and integrations with third-party apps.
  • Odoo ERP Management
  • Maintain product, customer, and vendor data in Odoo.
  • Handle inventory management, stock movements, and warehouse updates.
  • Generate reports for sales, finance, and supply chain operations.
  • Ensure smooth integration between Shopify and Odoo.
  • E-Commerce Operations
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure product visibility and campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Shopify, Odoo, and other e-commerce tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations (Shopify mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory, order management, and customer service.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle operational challenges independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with payment gateways, APIs, and Shopify integrations.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing for e-commerce.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
