Vendor Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Manager to oversee the management of our sellers and onboard new vendors on our e-commerce platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for competitive pricing and overall promotion of product categories to maximize consumer demands.

  • Collaborate with sellers/vendors to expand product data
  • Conduct research on available vendors to determine best pricing and quality
  • Provide training to sellers/vendors on portal usage, order processing, and product management
  • Contact assigned sellers daily to resolve issues and queries
  • Determine positioning of product categories for better visibility
  • Communicate with marketing teams and sellers on competitive pricing and promotional activities
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure positive customer experience
  • Implement and manage delivery options

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 2 years of e-commerce experience in a retail environment
  • Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to focus on insights
  • Proven experience as a vendor manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to meet tight timelines and deadlines
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
