Senior Android Developer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer to lead the development of our mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Kotlin, with extensive knowledge of software development life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex mobile applications for the Android platform.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
  • Work with outside data sources and APIs.
  • Implement unit testing and debugging procedures to ensure robustness.
Technical Skills Required:
  • Expert-level Java skills, with experience working with concepts introduced in Java 8.
  • Understanding of Kotlin and ability to migrate to it is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of MVVM and MVP design paradigms.
  • Experience with Databinding's/Live Data.
  • Advanced fundamental Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices.
  • Experience with Sonarcube integrations.
  • Expertise in using Git/Gitlab.
Database Skills Required:
  • MySQL.
VCS Skills Required:
  • GIT.
  • GitHub.
  • Bitbucket.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience.
  • Bachelors to Masters degree in Computer Science or engineering.
